We organize and run customized, escorted visits to the China Import and Export Fair complex in Guangzhou for all three phases of the Canton Fair in April and October every year.
We offer a 4 night, 5 day, VIP trip – meticulously planned from start to finish. Our comprehensive service includes:
Pre-trip consultation – Some clients like to tailor their journey with visits to factories, Hong Kong, surrounding areas, tourist attractions and shopping. That’s why our trips are completely flexible to suit your requirements.
Airlines – We advise on the best airlines depending upon your country and region of origin. Arrival options comprise Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Hong Kong International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Our company representatives meet and greet you straight from the airport then bring you back to the hotel (see below).
Accommodation – Our 5-star hotel partner is Wanda Vista Dongguan. Rather than staying in Guangzhou itself, which is roughly the same cost for accommodation as it is for the entire trip, we’ve chosen this prestigious hotel which is located just one hour away from the show venue. When you consider that it can take 30 minutes to travel to a hotel 2 miles away within Guangzhou due to traffic volumes in the city, the commute from hotel to site is a respectable length. And, you can sit back and relax during the commute as we provide quality transport for your comfort and convenience.
Meals and social itinerary – You don’t have to worry about sorting anything in the evening. We plan your meals and socializing too for an all-round entertaining experience.
Full entry documents – We perform the entire booking process including your registration for the Canton Fair, official letter of invitation confirming your entry pass and 2-year multiple entry business visa.
Chinese mobile phone – Upon arrival, you’ll be handed a mobile programmed with the necessary office contacts which can also be used to make discounted rate calls back to the UK.
Account management team – We’re at your service throughout the fair, whether you need help with translation or any other request. Whatever happens, we’re behind you.
