Our Process

Before agreeing to work with a supplier in China, it’s always best to run effective and thorough checks on the factory for assurance they are who they say they are and have the correct licenses in place to operate legally within the Far East. Similarly, if they’re offering certificate of conformity or ethical audits, get these checked for authenticity along with product specification certificates.

We liaise closely with factories to empower them to pass audits carried out by the likes of SGS, Intertek, BSCI, Sedex and BV. To streamline factory auditing processes, we have partnerships with major third-party auditors. In the event that a factory fails its audit first time round, we have substantial experience in helping the factory improve its operations to a level whereby they can pass the audit with ease.

With most clients requesting inspection to Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) II standard prior to any shipping of goods, we provide a fixed-day inspection along with follow-up services to rectify any issues arising. Although these quality checks can delay product shipments, it actually saves significant volumes of time in the long run and prevents any potential for disappointment of production of sub-standard goods.

One-off management services or once a year services are ideal for specific projects such as the acquisition of custom machinery.
